Visa

Featured Replies

Hi,

Anyone knows what are the requirements if i will bring my son and stayed with us. A 1year old baby boy. Is he need to go out outside the country?

when his visa expired?

Thanks.

Are you here on a one year extension of stay? If yes child could obtain matching extensions of stay as your dependent.

In any event child is not charged for overstay until over 14 years of age.

yes! and what are the requirements needed? have work and permitted.

You show copy of your passport with the extension of stay and relationship to child information to a Consulate for them to issue a single entry non immigrant O visa and 60 days after childs entry into Thailand take him/TM.7/proof of being father/passport to immigration to extend stay to match yours under section 2.20 of police order 777/2551

(1) The alien has obtained a temporary visa (NON-IM);

(2) Proof of family relationship;

(3) In the case of a spouse, the marital relationship shall be de

jure (legitimate) and de facto; or

(4) In the case of a child, adopted child or child of his/her

spouse, the said person must not be married, must be living with

the family, and must be less than 20 years of age; or

(5) In the case of a parent, the said person shall be 50 years of

age or over.
