Hi-Low gamblers caught playing on Pattaya Beach

PATTAYA:--Suspected gamblers were arrested by Pattaya Police close to the old pier located near the entrance to Walking Street in South Pattaya, early on Thursday Morning. Seven men were seen by Police Volunteers playing a popular dice game, known as “Hi-Low”.

This would have been within the confines of the law, except for the fact the players were gambling with money over the outcome of each game. The group appeared to show complete disregard for the law and were not ashamed to play close to the street. When Police arrived, the suspected gamblers did attempt to elude capture, however the officers outnumbered the players allowing them all to be captured.
