Traveling On 90 Days Show

Featured Replies

I'm going to visit my kids back home in Europe and have got an re-entry permit within my 1 year stay extension.

What happens if I'm not back to Thailand for the day of report (90-days report) but return a couple of weeks later?

Nothing will happen. You report only if you stay in the country for 90 days in a row, which you don't. Your new 90 day report will be due 90 days after re-entering Thailand. The day you enter will be day 1.

Thks for quick and clear reply!

I wish I could have had this at the inmigrations office but it serms impossible to get a straight reply there. I start to believe Thais don't make that kind of statement!

As said the requirement is to report after 90 days of consecutive stay in The Kingdom.

report 90 days after returning.
