She won't be able to view her credit data online unlike is some other countries. I think she make a request by submitting the appropriate form and her ID. Google "National Credit Bureau Thailand" for their website details. There's not much info available in English on the website so best to ask your wife to look at it. Alternatively she can phone their call center on 0-2643-1250. I believe that under the credit information / privacy legislation she has a right to review the accuracy of her credit data at the NCB.

Yes ^^^. You visit one of the participating banks (details on the NCB site), pay a small fee (150 Baht or so) fill in a request form and the report arrives in the post a few days later.
