Need you advise.

My husband now is holding Non-O Multiple Entry and now his first stamp are run out on March 27, 2012 / where can he extend ? as my understand that he need to leave Thailand which channel

is the best options???

Yes he will need to leave Thailand he can come stright back in to get his further 90 days. Where you are located will help people advise as to the best and most conveniant border crossing.

Just do a visa run with a travel agency, just cost you TB 2.000 and they will do all the paperwork for you.

You donot need a company for this. Go to any land border crossing check out of Thailand enter the other country, turn around and re-enter Thailand. You could also fly out for a holiday in a neighboring country
