Couldn't see this mentioned anywhere else but... Bangkok is now available on Google Maps Streetview...

In the second image you can see the Google Car (in the reflection)! Don't worry, they blurred the faces.

Everytime I see any news about google maps I remember showing my Aunt on my computer this new cool product and how all of the UK is now live.

When we got on her street she was like a kid, so amazed and went on saying they have a new car now, they painted their door blue she was really into it until I did the arial shot and she let out a scream----"My washing is out on the line ring google and ask them to take another picture I don't want the neighbours to see that".

Yep ... I guess she has 'big pants'

When I looked last night, there was less there, so hopefully they are still uploading images.

The girlfriend lives up a quiet soi by Phra Kanong market. Was strange being able to go right up to her building and see her clothes on the balcony from London.

They changed google earth v6.0+ a bit when it comes to street view. Instead of the icons/layer for it, you just scroll wheel into it. Just in case anyone else was puzzled like I was. =D

finally some progress
