we're a french couple living in bkk now. My wife is pregnant and she will give birth here in Thailand. Do you guys know if my daughter could have a double citizenship french + thai.

She will not be Thai. Birth in Thailand does not provide citizenship.

No, your child will not have a right to Thai citizenship.

You can travel to Canada to give birth, she would then have Canadian citizenship, or Brazil, or any other country that applies Jus Soli, the right by which nationality or citizenship can be recognized to any individual born in the territory of the related state

Foreign children born in Thailand received Thai citizenship until 1972, not any more.

Unless you are both permanent residents of Thailand, or one of you also holds Thai citizenship in addition to the French citizenship, then your child will be ineligible.
