LemanRus
A simple push cart, famous for nearly half a century for the best succulent satay in the city. Address: Head down Chang Moi Road, cross Mae Kha Bridge, and immediately turn right before Chang Moi Tad Mai Road (the road that goes the wrong way) down the small soi, the cart is on the corner on the left before rejoining Chang Moi Tad Mai Road. I know whre Chang Moi Road is but can't locate Chang Moi Tad Mai Road on Google Maps. Could a kind member locate this on Google Maps for me? Many Thanks
WinnieTheKhwai
Sure. http://g.co/maps/cekrj ( I guess it could also be this one: http://g.co/maps/jwdgh but that seems less likely, because the instructions say to cross the bridge over the little Mae Kha stream first. Also this one is one-way coming the other way. ) Edited March 27, 2012 by WinnieTheKhwai
CMSteve
The first link is correct. Really great satay and larger pieces. You can also sit in the noodle shop across the soi and order from him . There is a "Kuay Jub" shop right across from the cart that we often eat at. They deliver plates of satay into that shop. -Mestizo
barefoot1988
is there a difference between satay and muping? or are they the same
CMSteve
they are marinaded differently. Also, the satay is meant to be dipped in a peanut(butter) based sauce. Usually comes with a cucumber salad type dealy too. is there a difference between satay and muping? or are they the same
