I have the 3BB premium package costing just over 1000 baht a month and l live in the Sansai area. Any other TV members having similar problems? Its the slowest l have known it for years. The quality does vary, over time of day and sometimes say 3 times a year becomes unworkable. I have had instances of complaining to 3BB,call centre 1530 and within minuets they have 'Electronically' fixed the problem from their end, other times have sent within 24 hrs an engineer.
