During the past week or so my internet connection has been very slow. I have the 3BB premium package costing just over 1000 baht a month and l live in the Sansai area. Any other TV members having similar problems? Its the slowest l have known it for years. Many thanks

I have both 3BB and CAT service and the internet quality/reliability has been all over the place these past 3 or 4 days.

Yep - me too. 3BB is super slow at the moment.

My 3BB is fast and reliable as usual and improving the last 12 months.

I had the last two days with 3BB that were odd but now seems back up to full speed.

I pay B1166/month for 3BB.

But as it's ADSL, Shared with others.

The quality does vary, over time of day and sometimes say 3 times a year becomes unworkable.

I have had instances of complaining to 3BB,call centre 1530 and within minuets they have 'Electronically' fixed the problem from their end, other times have sent within 24 hrs an engineer.

Fair service, would pay for better but now use mainly in Morning and early afternoon.

We have the 3BB 9M package, no problems whatsoever.
