I haven't used Mr. Soubin's services for several years, but have seen him, this year, in the same place under a "shed" to the right of the Consular

Services center.

His former mobile phone number ended in 8036. Doesn't respond to his former yahoo e-mail address.

Anyone, by chance, have contact information for him or another "reliable" "visa advisor" ?

There are a few people under a tarp, doing visas, photos etc., just ouside to the right and also across the road.
