will immigration accept a NON FIXED foreign currency account ( with plenty of funds)

with bkk bank for extension for a retirement visa?

Foreign curency accounts are normally accepted, as long as the money remains above 800,000 baht worth during the seasoning period.

Thanx do I need to ask the bank to covert the euros to thai baht on their letter or should the letter be oin the euro amount together with the bank book?

The bank will know what to do, but believe the statement will be in Euro and immigration will use their own conversion rate. (Probably by looking in the news paper).
