I'm flying out to PP and will apply for my ED Visa on Monday morning. As part of the application am I really required to show proof of a flight into Thailand? If so, what day should I book my flight for?

I know it's possible to get Tourist visas the same day with a little extra cash, is this also possible with ED visas?

Last word I had was that PP is at present very unfriendly... Can take 4 days for visa processing.

Also heard that "agents" are not achieving speedy process.
