I am returning to Thailand after a seven month stay in the States, having left Thailand with a single re-entry permit. I also have a one-year marriage Visa extension which is due for renewal in early July.

My question is:

Do I start my 90-day visits to the Immigration folks immediately or on what would have been the next date on my original every 90-day schedule?

Your notification of staying in the Kingdom longer than 90 days will be due 90 days after your arrival in Thailand.

There are many here more knowledgable than me on these questions, but my understanding is that your 90 days starts anew from when you re-enter Thailand. In other words, you don't have to report for 90 days after your arrival.

You are in paradise why worry about a little trip to immigration even better do it by mail.
