Smokemachine
If my passport expiry date is coming soon or come to the end. Will I still able to get my 1yr marriage visa renewable without leaving Thailand?
Mario2008
Yes, but you will get the extension of stay till the date your passport is valid. Once you have a new passpor, you return to immigration to have the details trnaferred to your new passport. at that time immirgation will also give you the rest of your 1 year extension of stay for free. Falcon
I got mine renewed 3 weeks ago and although my passport expires in mid August the immigration stamped my visa for the full year and told me to just come back in with my new passport so they will restamp it. I suppose its who you know and/or go to that detarmines pretty much anything here really!
