tomcreeduk
When I apply for a settlement visa after myself & fiancé marry in Thailand is it necessary to submit a police check / reference confirming she doesn't have a criminal record. If this is necessary is it a matter of just walking into a police station and asking for one. Thanks
Gers1873
e walked into the Royal Tgai Office. Officer told my wife, then fiancee, to come back in two weeks. OR (there is always a caveat)..... for a 'consideration' we could get it in two days. Two days later we picked it up. TiT
7by7
What country are you asking about? From your nic I assume it's the UK; in which case a police check is not required.
