1st method upload from computer it says Failed to set a new photo

2nd method upload from web the red box is blank

I just used the Admin control panel to upload the avatar with no problem. You might try and remove it and upload it again or another one yourself to test it.

It takes a while. I see your new avatar when I view your profile. In the message list, the new avatar just appeared after I hit F5.

there's something wrong, when i go to my profile page i see the micheal jackson avatar but on my posts i stll have the elephant.

interesting, i hit F5 and now the avatar looks ok, guess it was caching on my computer
