Thank you! :)

You can get it in Supermarket Rim Ping in their "honey and jam" shelves.

Thank you! Its on my shopping list now.

Hate Molasses tbh, but apparently good as a natural treatment for many things, so giving it a shot to see. Anyone interested have a quick google and lots of things come up regarding it.

A first morning drink, enter the following in a 10.oz.glass ... 1 heaped tsp of B/Molasses, 1. heaped tsp of Bee Pollen, 1. heaped tsp of honey, 1. level tsp of cider vinegar, then fill the glass with 50/50 of prune juice & boiling water, drink within 5 to10 mins, after that have your usual morning coffee or tea.

Thanks personchester :)

Kasem Store on Nimmanhaemin sell food grade Blackstrap Molasses in unmarked plastic bottles, but it tastes fine and is cheaper than the branded products. They told me they import in bulk from Australia, and repackage it.

I've consumed it regularly and never had a problem.

Would that be OK with black peppercorns as a cure when making homemade bacon?

I buy it for 12 baht a kilo in many places around. One on the road to Doi Saket and another near Home Mall for instance. One has to bring their own container. This is the by product of sugar cane production. Not sure what you plan to use it for as we use it to make "hormone" for our organic garden.

I think that the local molasses has still sulfur in it which gives it a bad taste and the Thais feed it to animals. I'm pretty sure that the imported unsulphered stuff is what you want and it is finally available here.

organic version is available at ban suan pak, near the presidents hotel.
