dalsobrook
My husband's company allowed my and our children's visas to expire after we took our passports in so they could be renewed. He has now went to work for another company, and has a VISA that is good for a year. What do I and the children need to do to get ours renewed? We know there are fines involved, but want to do it legally and safely.
Mario2008
Does your husband have a new VISA from abroad or an extension of stay from iimigration. Based on your husbands exension of stay, you and your children can also get a 1 year extension of stay based on being a dependent of your husband. That is if he has an extension of stay. He can go with you to immirgation, with his passpor and show he is on an extension of stay and that yu are married. If he has a new visa from Thai consulate, you and the children will also need to apply for a new visa first, based on your husband working and living here in Thailand.
