Did you google your screen name because I did and this is the definition. goober

basically a goober is just a kindhearted, rather oblivious goofball. it's term of endearment really. it comes from the ancient scottish verb "to goub", which has to do with doing a dance and smiling sheepishly while doing so, exposing the goubs in one's teeth.

"That John is such a goober," said Jane as John vector-danced* his Junior Prom away.

*footnote: the vector dance involves angling one's arms to form angles and vectors and pumping them back and forth to music. basically, it's geeky as hell. but completely sexy.

Why wasnt the link helpful?

He can call the professionals at the kiteboarding school and I'm sure they are up to date on wind patterns and conditions than any armchair critic here.

I just told you. Because He knows how to use Google and would have gone down that route if he had wanted to. He obviously didn't want to, but what he did obviously want to know is if any BM's were kite boarders and could tell him about the conditions, because that's what he asked!!

You may think it's a silly question that won't get any replies but so what? that's not your call to make.

I can't be bothered to discuss it with you any further. I know how it works, I get moaned at and get warnings for arguing, and you go about your merry way. If you think your posts are helpful and they're not against the rules then go for it, it's no skin off my nose.

99% of the "question posts" on this forum could be found with a google search, so not sure how that response is helpful at all to any such thread topics. If you don't have an answer for the OP, why post?

OP, I say no, wind conditions have turned back to high season, gonna be tough to power up.
