My thought goes out to the scientists who are held responsible for the failure....and to their families.

According to what the North Koreans are saying (BBC) The package is in orbit. Probably orbiting planet gaga.

And me, and especially those who know it's going to fail and have ideas/solutions to make it work/improve systems but daren't speak up through fear of causing face loss to those in charge. A morbid state of affairs all-round; lets hope it all collapses soon so the people can be saved.
