I agree that if a name change was deemed necessary something like 'Samui Archapeligo' or similar would be good. I can't think of another inclusive expression.

Wow a little Christmas humour and the aggravated expats on the Koh Samui forum are all over it!

I joined the forum so that I could receieve some helpful hints about the place I am looking forward to calling my home in a few weeks. I have to say, I am becoming more apprehensive by the minute, and its because of you people and your negativity. For every one positive thing someone has to say, there are about 10 lashouts about how awful life is.

I know the island has its problems, but as someone who has traveled quite extensively, I can tell you that these troubles and more are every where. If you are so darn unhappy, why dont you go back where you came from?

Don't worry Lovesun. There are a very small amount of people that live on the islands on this board and I'm sure there are more people on Samui that love it and accept it's flaws then are screeming to get out.

I can only imagine what these fellas do all day, since they seem to be making postings all over this site in many different sections. Complaining about everything.

My guess is that they need to get up off their butts and a get some excercise.
