I just found out that im currently are overstaying my 90 days visa in thailand.

My visa went out about 10 says ago..and my flight are not leaving before 30 april.

I got a bit freaked out reading on the net about hight fees and jail and stuff.

Been searching for solution on the ned but i just says what happens if you're overstaying but it dosent help much. So what im asking about is:

Exately what should i do now and where should i do it?!!

I was a at Soi SuaPlu , Satorn Rd but it seems like the wrong place. It was only special Labor of three Nationalities Laos , Cambodia and Myanmar.

Should The Govenment Complex , Chaengwattana Rd. Be the place i should be heading?

You do not appear to have any extension of stay option if you have been here 90 days and don't even have a firm departure date. Overstay is 500 baht per day so you would be charged about 10,000 baht at airport on exit at end of month but likely will not face jail. If you report earlier with no valid reason for extension they might have no other choice but to detain you if you can not immediately leave. You should be working on leaving ASAP

I know that i need to try leaving ASAP, but its got to be some place where i can kind of turn my self in and try to come to a solution before i enter the airport.

It is anyway my opinion much better to repport the misstake buy my self rather that getting caught at the airport isnt i?

so what im asking again, where should i go and repport it?

Immigration at Chaeng Wattana.

However, there is a strong possibility that they will simply tell you to sort it at the airport, or they will arrest you and put you in the IDT pending a court appearance and deportation.

Up2U, but I would be getting on a flight ASAP. Stay out of trouble with the police and you'll be good to pay at the airport, 500 Baht per day to a maximum of 20,000.

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

There is only one solution. Book your flight and check in a little earlier than normal to allow time to do the paperwork associated with the overstay. When you are picked up by immigration at passport control you will have to fill out a form and hand over the cash (500 baht per day) and then you will be on your way. End of story. Choose to take this advice or do it your own way. Up to you.

The airport IS your solution. By appearing at departures immigration with a boarding pass, you are voluntarily resolving your overstay issue. As Lop has advised, you will face a fine, but probably no further sanction. It should not, so far as I know, affect your ability to re-enter Thailand in the future.

The worst thing you could do is to report to immigration elsewhere than the airport. With no immediate way for you to leave Thailand, they can't just fine you and let you go. They'll have to lock you up and then deport you. That will put you at risk of being declared "non grata"!

Don't delay, change your flight and leave Thailand ASAP. Pay the fine, reset your immigration status, and come back again. Tomorrow would be good!

I'm not sure of the possible downsides of this, but if the poster cannot leave earlier and/or the cost of flight change is too great, what about an immediate land border run to gain an extra 15 days? Perhaps the cost of this can be covered by the savings in overstay day fines, and also resolve the problem earlier than 30 Apr, thus avoiding those extra days of stress.

Although a land crossing is normally possible there is added chance for a police check getting there which could turn up the overstay situation. And always the small risk of other country not allowing entry. Much safer to use airport when on overstay.
