Do I need to have 800,000bht in my Thai bank '60' or '90' days prior

to August 3? And if I am out of the country on August 3, returning in September--How does that work?

Are you here on an extension of stay for retirement now (you have already made your first extension)? That is very important as first and only first is 60 days - others will be 3 months.

You must do the extension of stay prior to leaving - normal period is up to 30 days prior to due date allowed. You must also obtain a re-entry permit prior to travel.
