Weirdness

Featured Replies

Often when i post a reply, the page goes blank white and nothing comes up. But when i click back and refresh the page, my post is there.

Just thought id mention that. Not sure if its a known thing thats happening or not.

Have seen it happen occasionally and comments from others seeing it. Happens often with certain mod functions but not clear yet why. Try just hitting the F5 key when you get the blank page.

Happens to me occasionally. Pretty random though.

The "blank page" thing happens to me, except it's not blank, it has a single Google Ad on the page. Refreshing doesn't load the topic, but keeps the same page with the ad. Clicking the browser's back button goes back to the topic, where my post will then be displayed.

Possibly if the page is blank, it's really trying to show an ad, but can't it display because it's being blocked?

Yup its google ads...which i assume they are paying for. whistling.gif

I don't think the behaviour as described is intentional though. Would be good if the bug could be fixed anyway.

It's a confirmed bug but we are having a hard time so prove any pattern WHEN it happens, as it's randomly.

Forum software vendor is investigating.

Happens to me as well
