My Thai has gone from bad to worse ironically. I had read ages ago there was one down somewhere on Silom. I have also read for donkeys years "Ban Rak" - isn't this outside BKK a bit?? The reason many people advise Ban Rak is that they have a lot of experience in marrying foreigners, which speeds up the process.
