At least 2 bars in Rawai are saying they'll stay open: 1) Nuan's / Old Tree bar, on the main road 2) Yanui Sports Bar, on the short-cut road towards Yanui Beach. Any others? Never really bothered about the term myself, until you've just raised it. Looks to be shrouded in Olde English mystery from the link below.
