I Hold a Non Imm Multpy O Visa That Expires in April. I will turn 50 on Feb 22nd that is also the day I need to do a visa run can I go in to Pattaya Imm and apply for my Retirement extention with all the proper paper work of course instead of doing the visa Run ?

Believe you can but be prepared to pay for two extensions if any paperwork is not right - once to get the paper with a few days extension of stay and then for the full extension. You might want to check with them in advance to make sure you have everything they need.

Just curious are you sure its Feb you need to do the run just that you posted on 23rd Nov that you were going to do a run on 20th Dec that would of taken you through to March....see below.....

I arrived in Pattaya with a 1 year Multy entry O visa on June 25 this year Sept 22nd I took a visa run and was given another stamp for 90 days On Dec 20 th I am going to Cambodia for 4 days and upon my return will get stamped in for another 90 days so Am I missing something here Do I have to report for the 90 days also or do the Visa runs cover that ??

If it is March then youve got plenty of time to start the ball rolling..............if its not i cant see you having a problem why not go down and have a word with them beforehand. (they are a friendly bunch :o )
