Tourist Visa from Laos: for the people who went in February 2012 to Vientiane or Savannakhet and received a Double Entry, extended the Visa by 30days at Thai Immigration and are now looking to activate the second entry, please CROSSCHECK THE ENTER BEFORE DATE on the visa. Your Visa has only 3 month validity, you have to leave Thailand before the first 60+30 comes to an end.

Two entry tourist visas are normally valid for 3 months from date of issue in SE-Asia - nothing specific about February or Laos. What you have to do is return to Thailand for second entry before the use date on the visa itself.
