I thought they function as a VPN. Is that not the case?

Yea, they are, I was drunk when I wrote that, sorry for that. Upon further investigation they seems to get pretty bad reviews.

It's all good and no apology necessary at all.

I should start a new thread for it but what i'd really like is a VPN that would allow me to view content such as Pandora, Hulu, BBC TV, and etc. Today for instance I couldn't get the www.smithsonian.com to play full versions even though I could see some shorter videos. I tend to suspect there was blocking going on.
