Limits On Numbers Who Can Join Pm Conversations

Featured Replies

Sometimes we like to sit around the camp fire of a late evening and have a natter with one another.

Only I notice there are never enough chairs.

How about upping the limit to 20 or 30 even. This would make us all much more comfortable.

Thanks. wai.gif

That's a stirringly good plan, I've noticed that there are queue's of people wishing to join us at the camp fire, I credit david48 for that, his dinners are delicious and his cripsy duck is particularly good. We are missing out by not having more of our outstanding and effervescent fellow members in our conversations and I think that is a fletchingly good idea!!!

Well in a strange twist of fate someone has sneaked up on us and thrown a bucket of water on the fire.

Yes one of my PM discussions has been closed.

Who has been looking at it I wonder?

It has been said many times before that no one can look in on these discussions.

Perhaps someone can clarify please? wai.gif

Edit: When I looked at the PM it said in place of the post button archived conversation.

Its back to normal now but that is a bit worrying. What does it mean?

Still waiting for some clarification on this odd event.

As well as this I was unable to post or send PM's two days ago and sent an email to forum support explaining this. Posting was back to normal 20 mins later. Perhaps someone would be kind enough to reply regarding that matter also.

By PM or email, whatever, thanks.

You know that's an insult right? (Old Chinese, Maybe even HiSo)

The new forum software is archiving old topics to save resources. It may or may not do the same for old PM's, I have to investigate that. Will revert back to you.

Could you email me a screen shot of your list of PM's and I'll have a look. [email protected] - please mark the email Attn George

Thanks.

i noticed that as well ..

Nobody is reading member's PM's. After the upgrade the system was a bit unstable for a while, but these issues should have gone by now. Or it could be a software bug we need to report to the software vendor.

If you still experience issues with PM, please email support[at]thaivisa.com

Cheers!

Thanks for clarifying this. thumbsup.gif

Edit: The issue only lasted a short time and was fixed. Cheers!
