Let both sides take the field and see how the fielding side cope with being tackled and additionally introduce the offside rule. Cheerleaders would be good though. And sometimes those 2 can hold their own against the 11 for several hours... English perversion in SE Asia should be discouraged... This time zone difference is realy a challenge. Come to think of it ( I do a lot of thinking ) if I was to be asked to bowl, then that would be OK, as the batesmen would be safe due to the fact that they would not be at the crease yet. There is also a junior cricket league with teams from Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Petchabun and Khon Kaen. The best cricketer from Thailand used to play for Australia under 19s. The "up to you" attitude would be solved by the instant decision making (and clear communication of your view) required to survive when running between the wicket. I love this job as coach of our cheer squad. Better than fielding, batting and that strenuous bowling but...hay....I will do what ever my good captain and vice captain ask.
