In football I understand that some players are "Pulled off" at half time...What sort of activities may we expect during tea??

... those two will require the imagination of your team.

However, on the positive side, good television coverage of cricket matches would potentially raise the standard of Thai TV.

The most anti social, irrelevent and downright annoying activity in Thailand is the sound effects on Thai soaps and comedy shows......whoops, whizzes, doyngs, drum and cymbal bashes bell ringing, dongs , dings, dangs all drive me bloody crazy..!!!!

They should visit an Ashes test match in England..(Ahem..when there is one)..5 days of weather changes, advantage swinging one side then um further to that side... the silent humour as the sun is shining brightly and one set of supporters take off their shirts and put on sun glasses whilst the the other set put up umbrellas and rain coats....the next day rain clouds emerge and the scene changes according to the score...

No need for bells and whistles just the calming chant of "Barmy Army"..!!!

With regards to scam-artists, this was covered in post #55; as a reminder I said "I believe the numerous scam artists that plague Thailand would have sought other paths if they have learnt from an early age, through cricket, that it is not just about finding a way to bend the rules but rather one should respect the spirit of the game."

Maybe the harmony and unison of the love of Cricket might be able to bring real pressure on what the Thai Government is trying for with a political answer to reunification.
