2012 Honda Jazz Delivery

Does anyone have information on delivery time for a 2012 Honda Jazz in your province/region? I've been told that in most of the southern provinces it is anywhere from 3 to 6 months, and most likely 6. My wife would like to take advantage of the first time buyer's incentive, and six months would put her outside the October 30th deadline. So she'd be willing to buy a Jazz in another region if the delivery time was guaranteed to be shorter. She's got her heart set on a Jazz, but if this is a nationwide issue, we'll have to start looking at other makes and models.
