Murphy Bed (Hide A Bed)

Featured Replies

A few years ago I thought I saw an ad in Pattaya that advertised custom made murphy beds -the kind of bed that swings against the wall into a wooden cabinet which provides more space during the day. Great for studios. Any info where one can get these in Pattaya?

Also a new place in Bkk opening this month apparently....http://wallbed.gagto.com/

Soi Wat Boon Jom Tien. Hide A bed Company. Brit named Stewart. Does A Good Job

Not sure if Stewart is around town these days; haven't seen him in yonks. Also, he changed the company name a while back. Here's the link:

Anybody actually use one of these? Do you eventually just end up leaving the bed down because you get tired of putting it up and down?

probably.

I nearly rented a room with one of these - when we tried to put it up and down it bonged and twanged like a mad Xylophone. The matress was a bit hard and when I sat on it, it was twanging away...The GF instantly said no way.

And I concur with my small canine relative black fox....

Maybe there are more silent models out there ...?
