yes but i think what we see in this case might be rare.The consumers were mostly thai ? and had influence ?

if it was all just foreigners maybe more difficult ?

Well they have refunded 141.000.000 baht so far for more than a hundred people

No, that has nothing to do with their social status as they were mainly small vendors

I think that what weighed in the balance is the number of the plaintives and the obvious scheme by one he biggest Thai companies
