Kringle
I've been getting this error message lately but only when I go to a certain HD in my computer and I can't get it sorted. I have been to this site (listed below) but it's over 35 pages now of suggestions. Do you guys have an easier way to fix this? http://www.thenerdnetwork.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3086 Thanks for any help, Kringle
The Coder
Plain and simple English: an application bombed. Dr Watson simply logs details about such problems (a precursor to todays crash dumps). Whatever you are running that dies, re-install it, upgrade it, or use a different program altogether.
JackA
To figure what program is crashing, take a look in the eventviewer, which likely will give you a hint - and reinstall the application.
Kringle
This is what appears on most of the error messages I've gotten: Faulting application drwtsn32.exe, version 5.1.2600.0, faulting module dbghelp.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x0001295d. For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp. I have quite a few other ones also: Warning usernv warning application hang MSI Installer and 44 of these things: emntflog I have no idea how to fix these things. Cna anyone help me with this? Thanks, Kringle
francois
hi' try to reinstall using the repair option, not the first one! the one you find along with the setup page, and after this don't forget to update again francois
