I recently started working for a small school this past school year but I feel that I am not a suitable match and I would like terminate my contract. I am still under the 30 day probabation and the school has not processed my workpermit/ / temporary teaching license. Is it possible to transfer the 90 non-imm visa to another school/agency without leaving the country and starting the entire process all over again?

As long as you are on the visa from the consulate, and not an extension from immigration, you can continue to use that visa elsewhere.

I got the non immb visa in Penang. Are there any additional steps that must be pursed to finalized any such transfers?

You do not need to do anything so long as you have a visa (which apparently you do), if on an extension gained within Thailand would be different.

Just move on, let the new place do all the paperwork.
