Incapacitated victims will receive the same compensation as those who were killed. Those who sustained serious injuries will get Bt100,000 and those who sustained minor injuries will receive Bt20,000."

A good way to recapture some of the gov't expenditures.

As I read it, those who were killed in the 2010 Red Shirt troubles will be paid 400,000 baht. No doubt the govt will be issuing govt checks to those deceased.
