Airport To Mo Chit

Featured Replies

I need to get to Mo Chit next week when I arrive at the airport. Not the bus station, just the area. What is my best way to get there? Train, bus or Taxi?

I would need to be there and back quickly, would I manage it in 3hours?

Fastest, in theory, would be the rail connection.

Take the airport line to Phaya Thai, change to BTS Mor Chit.

Thanks for the quick reply. Can I buy a ticket at the airport for both legs of the journey (and returns)?

For Airport Link, there are 2 lines.

If you use the Express line ( non stop ) you can buy return ticket with a slight discount.

Express car are like a train with space for luggage and real seats

.

The City Line is cheaper and is more like a metro line with bench seat along the sides. 5 stop I think.

At Phyathai station there is a walkway to get to the Skytrain and you buy the ticket before going to the platform.

Only one way ticket using cash. Frequent users use Magnetic pass card.

RE: Airport-City link.

The Express line is much more expensive than the regular line. While the Express shaves about 10-15 minutes off the regular line, it does not run as often which negates the potential time saving. I always take the regular line - 45 baht one way, all the way from the airport to PhayaThai.

Which airport?
