My fiancee has two children, Her daughter will be ready to migrate by April 2013 when she finishes primary school. Her son may not be ready to do so for a few years yet. I will have her daughter directly in the fiancee visa application, although she may travel later (But within one year of the application being lodged). My fiancees daughter will be twelve at the time. Is there a requirement for all people within the fiancee application to arrive together? Will the daughter be able to travel on her own?

Any advice appreciated,

they do not have to arrive at the same time but you will find they will have to be there before there medicals expire. we have my fiances daughter on the visa. put in in sept 2011 approves on 11th April 2012 daughter to be here before dec 11 2012 due to medical. so the one year thing will not work sorry to say we had planned similar but put the spanner in the works with this condition.

hope this helps you plan

sorry but not the case they have told us they want her to stay because there is no travel on a bridging visa unless it is for an extreme situation. no she cannot go back
