Overstay On Non-O Multiple Entry - Does It Void The Visa ?

Featured Replies

I just saw that I have overstayed 3 days on my multiple entry non-o visa which requires me to leave the country every 90 days - does my overstay void the whole visa ?

also will the border offices in cambodia be closed tomorrow, monday june 4 2012 as a Thai holiday ?

also I just tried to find Jack's Golf on the internet and all show no server connection - has Jack gone out of business ?

It does not void the visa, but you will be fined 500 baht per day on overstay when you leave the country.

Borders are not closed.

Overstay fine is 500 Baht a day.

Border checkpoints are open every day.

Try a couple of the other visa runners, here, or check the Nation and "that other" newspaper's classified sections:

FYI, Claudio's may not be open anymore, some problems a few months back.

Wow that was quick responses!

All sorted now - will leave tomorrow with a van - "06:45am in the parking lot of Tesco/Lotus, next to BTS Station ON NUT, just besides the KFC" - Phone: 085-6860305 - nothing works to find Jack (I like the bus rather than the van)

Thank you all
