Cd Printing (Replication) + Booklet Design

I am looking for a good company in Bangkok to print a music album (using the replication method), with 24 page booklet. Expected order would be 2.000 copies. Can anyone recommend a company offering high quality at competitive prices?

Before the actual printing, making the artwork for the booklet still needs to be done. I believe many such companies also have designers available. However, the music is progressive death metal so the designer should be able to think in new and creative ways, it would not be a standard job.
