Where To Find Guy, Who Will Make Custom Electronic Device?

I want to build prototype of one electronic device. Not so complex. Need to find some master, who will make it for me. Have no idea, how to find him.

Go to Chiangmai University, find the appropriate department, and ask for somebody to make it as a senior student project.
