Just a quikkie.... My visa runs out on the 26th of this month, i fly out to KL at 08:00 then fly back in at 13:00 the same day. Will i be overstaying my visa? It expires the same day i plan to leave

Simple: Overstay is date of expiry of visa + 1 day

    For a determination whether you have overstayed, the expiration date of the visa does not matter. When you arrived with your visa in Thailand the immigration officer put an arrival stamp in your passport with the text "ADMITTED <date> UNTIL <date>". It is this UNTIL date that matters.
