I am looking for further advice on which would be the best visa to apply for if i wanted to have stays for 3 months in thailand, i am married to a thai lady who is currently with me in the UK on a 2 year spouse visa.

Due to my work commitments etc i have a couple of options open to me however one thought is to go back to thailand with my wife and for the next year or 2 would be to stay in thailand for 3 months then return home to the uk for 3 months etc,

Could anyone advise me if there is a 3 month visa or if there is a better way around this?

You could get a 60 day tourist visa, which can be extended for 30 days. Pretty easy to get it too.

You can also get a Non Imm O Visa.

This would give a stay of 90 days.

It appears you are talking about 3 here and 3 there alternating so a multi entry non immigrant O visa would seem your best option as you are free to come and go for one year at a time with stay up to 90 days each time. Easy to obtain from Hull or other honorary Consulate in UK.
