Toyota Sat Nav : Anyone Know How To Use It? Or Where To Dl Instructions In English?

Just took delivery of a new Toyota with Sat Nav. The maps and Point of interests are nearly 1 year old, does anyone know how to update it?

The Toyota sat Nav is kind of fiddly slow and cumbersome to use, If you have used Tom Tom or Garmin you will HATE this toyota sat nav, finding an address in Thailand is almost impossible

Does anyone know HOW TO INPUT GPS COORDINATES? If I could do this It would be much easier to input my destinations

eg:

N13 43.44899 E100 28.55969

Of course the vehicle came with Thai instruction booklets only.

I would be grateful to hear from any Toyota owners about customer service in Thailand, has anyone found a forum or place to get info or support for Toyota cars ?

Did anyone ever contact head office in Bangkok and get help or response?

Anyone having difficulty to Manually Input GPS coordinates for a destination. (as Thai post codes are pretty useless for finding exact streets or locations)

To do this is actually very easy.

The menu on your sat nav system is kind of hidden on page 2 Just search for Page 2 ( button marked 1/2 )
