These are usually made from flexible plastic and fit inside the cupboard door at the top to stop small children consuming the janitorial supplies etc. I have found similar devices for drawers in HomePro - anyone seen these around? Incidentally, HomePro sells effective and nice looking blanks to cover power sockets - two types but the transparent ones looked best to me.

Home pro do sell a cupboard door child proof lock, they are white plastic, with a ratchet type fastener, I bought some few years ago.

Saw some at IS Baby Shop but that was more than a year ago.

I got a childproofing "kit" from central. It had those plastic cupboard things, door knob covers and powerpoint covers. Can't remember how much it cost, but it was less than I was expecting based on seeing similar individual items at HomePro and IS Baby.
