Blackberry 9000

Featured Replies

Can anyone suggest someone/somewhere where my blackberry from england (orange) can be unlocked in Bangkok or Chiangmai? The official blackberry service centres in those places can't or won't do it. Or is my only remaining resort to try to get that done when I'm next in London?

You can do it yourself. The unlocking codes can be found via eBay for 50 baht(£1).

Well that's knocked me sideways. Thanks. (Amazing that the supposed experts at Bkk & Cnx shops don't know about it.)

So I buy it, they give me a code.....and then? What exactly is the procedure to apply it? I am not adept at these things....maybe I should take the code to a shop? Or a helpful adept in Chiangmai?

The instructions are actually in the auction.

MBK Bangkok 4/fl

BB shop at Pantip couldn't do it. Any specific one at MBK 4th floor?

There are plenty of shops on that floor who can do that. Look for 'unlock' or ask.

Take it from me. Do it yourself. You can even arrange an MSN Live chat with the seller if necessary. My girlfriend did her own. Took a couple of minutes.

Once you receive the code, instructions here/.
