Can someone please post a link to an English language page with the current True move H pre paid prices for 3G packages.

I got an internet sim already,if I now knew how to top it up, that would be really convenient.

It seems like True have consolidated all of their services (cable, satellite, phone, internet, etc.) onto one top page, with limited English-language options to date.http://www3.truecorp...´à¸™]This is the best I could do]/url]

You're right they've been shuffling their pages around big time. The old truemove-h site now seems to be just a portal to the truecorp site. Therefore you can't get to the following page any more by going to truemove-h.com, but you can still access it by direct url - http://www.truemove-...ay-topping.aspx

Truecorp "limited English-language" - is being very generous and polite... Click on "EN" on most pages takes you to the exact same Thai page, but with 3 of the words translated into English.

Edit: Forgot to mention the misprints. The 759 baht 3Gb package on that page is actually 799 baht. Don't forget to add VAT. And the 384Mbps fair use was 384Kbps but now appears to have been downgraded to 128Kbps.

Thanks for the replies all, it is trully amazing that a company like True that caters to so many foreigners in a country that brags so much about how they are the center of the universe, can't get a website set up with at least their package prices in English.

I am on the 799 bath package. It appears that I get now only 128 kbps after have used the 3Gb included.

How can I get again 384 kbps as previously? Is there a special package to apply for or this downgrade is the new fair usage rate?

Thread hijacking but related...

I am unable to find an updated English site for True Move. Can you guys tell me the difference between the two charts at the following site? http://www3.truecorp.co.th/truemoveh/package/61?ln=en

Click on the 3g+ topping image. There are two main charts then the little one at the bottom. It looks like the 2nd chart has a 30 baht surcharge. I already have the simcard and I am using the 350baht(M3, 2nd chart) plan. What is the difference between that and the V3 plan?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Shawn

^The M3 is not 30 Baht surcharge but it is 350 Baht per 30 days. 350 Baht/30 days. The V3 is 350 Baht per month.

Who knows with TrueMove H these days? I think the V3 package is leftover from the TrueMove days of old?

Typically plans auto-renew on the same date each month so if you were to subscribe today then the plan would auto renew on July 25, August 25 ...

The 350 baht/1 GB plan includes 10 hours of WiFi, and no apparent fair-use speed limit so assume you would pay 2 baht/Mega-Byte once you had uploaded/downloaded 1 GB. With 7 % VAT this plan would be 375 baht.

I also just noticed some new boilerplate in TrueMove H's T's & C's... (Google Translate), which indicates that they can limit your usage, or even cancel your account, if you are deemed to be "transferring large amounts of data continuously".

4.1.2 After the 3G + / EDGE / GPRS. An unlimited amount of speed. As defined under the package, the Company reserves the right to manage the network as appropriate to maintain the quality of service. To help make the service as a whole can be used efficiently as limiting or reducing speed or taking any action. To transmit information using Bit Torrent, download and / or Upload large files, or applications which involve transferring large amounts of data continuously. Or affect the use or unfair. Causes or may cause damage to other users. And / or network. Or services provided by the company.
