In the Phuket forum, there is one constant antagonistic poster that is well known to the Phuket mods, that has been banned multiple times, yet is allowed to add nothing to the forum, except stirring the pot. I'm talking about current member HongKongPhoey, previously known as banned member BangTaoBoy, ozinpatong, and happyinkathu. Enough is enough!
